3 Ingredient Chips
Jump to Recipe
It’s hard to beat a freshly opened, golden fried bag of potato chips.
Whether you’re in the mood for Classic, BBQ or Salt and Vinegar, they always hit the spot.
So when I started making the baked version at home, I have to admit, even I was skeptical.
Can you really get the same amazing, addictive flavor out of a hand sliced, baked potato chip?
I’ll answer that for you with a resounding, heck yeah you can.
These chips crisp up in the oven at 450 degrees and look rustic and beautiful when they come out.
The basic version is only 3 ingredients, but you can get creative with these tiny little canvases.
BBQ seasoning? Sure. Cayenne pepper? Go for it. Truffle oil and caviar? Get your fancy on.
I’ll even dare to say that they will take the place of your ol’ grocery store bag every day of the week.
Pair with my Homemade Ranch Dip to take the party up a notch.
So what are you waiting for? Get in the kitchen, get to slicing, and Clean Your Plate.
Enjoy.
