3 Ingredient Chips

Easy, no fuss chips to satisfy the need for something salty. Made with only 3 whole ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Slice potatoes thin or use a mandolin for more uniform cuts.
  • Soak potatoes in water for 15 minutes.
  • Drain and dry potatoes.
  • Toss with olive oil and layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake on top rack for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Flip at the halfway point.
  • Salt while they are hot. Enjoy.
