3 Ingredient Chips

Easy, no fuss chips to satisfy the need for something salty. Made with only 3 whole ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Slice potatoes thin or use a mandolin for more uniform cuts.
  3. Soak potatoes in water for 15 minutes.
  4. Drain and dry potatoes.
  5. Toss with olive oil and layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake on top rack for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Flip at the halfway point.
  7. Salt while they are hot. Enjoy.
