Easy, no fuss chips to satisfy the need for something salty. Made with only 3 whole ingredients.

- 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
Preheat oven to 450.
Slice potatoes thin or use a mandolin for more uniform cuts.
Soak potatoes in water for 15 minutes.
Drain and dry potatoes.
Toss with olive oil and layer on a baking sheet.
Bake on top rack for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Flip at the halfway point.
Salt while they are hot. Enjoy.
